City Council’s Balegda Holds 2017 RDP Propemperda

Jakarta City Council’s Regional legislation Body (Balegda) held hearing meeting (RDP) related with 2017 Bylaw Arrangement Program (Propemperda).
Propemperda is arranged together with City Council and Jakarta Provincial Government
As planed before, legislative together with executive will issue 31 Bylaw Arrangement for next year.
Merry Hotma, Balegda Deputy, said Propemperda arrangement is based on Home Ministry’s Regulation No. 80/2015, Bylaw No. 10/2013 and City Council Regulation No. 1/2014.
Council Supports Project of Muara Angke Port Integrated Area“Propemperda is arranged together with City Council and Jakarta Provincial Government. It is cooperated by Balegda and issued for one year,” she said, Monday (11/14).
She added that her side will discuss 31 bylaw arrangements proposed by executive and legislative for next year. This year, seven out of 23 bylaw arrangements have been completed.
“The incomplete bylaw arrangement discussion will be included next year,” she added.
